Tom Moorhead — Treasurer

My wife and I have been in Cypress Gardens for approximately 5 years. I am a retired Banker and also a retired accountant from the State of California. I have had experience with a Homeowners Association from our Townhome in California, and I feel that because of my business and homeowners association background, I can be of benefit to our community.

Ann Bailey — Secretary

My husband, Walter and I have moved to New Mexico from Michigan 13 years ago and have lived in Cypress Gardens for the past 12 years. Last year I retired from 40 years of full time employment as a social worker. I have a Masters Degree in Biology. I have two grown sons. I am deeply attached to the beauty of New Mexico, the rural environment of Valencia County and the community of Cypress Gardens.

Kevin Calixto — Board Member

My wife Marissa has lived here since 1995, then 2001, when we were married and I moved here to be with her. I have been a general contractor since 1985. Since I lived here I have worked with Westbrook Homes, KB Homes and recently for DR Horton Homes. I have built over 4,500 homes in Los Lunas, Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. I have built several subdivisions here. One of my biggest passions is looking at a piece of dirt and seeing homes going up and families moving in. My goal as a member of the board and the Architectural Committee is to be blessing to our homeowners, not a problem. We all just want our community to be a great place to live.

John Blan — Board Member

I, John Blan, and my wife Sylvia of 43 years, moved to New Mexico in 1982. We lived in the East Mountains until 2 1/2 years ago when we moved to Cypress Gardens. It would be my pleasure to serve on the Cypress Gardens Hoimeowners Association Board. I have been retired for the past 6 years and have time to dedicate to the CGHOA.
